Notice of Annual General Meeting and afternoon tea

Friday 30 November 2018 at The Heronston Hotel, Bridgend CF35 5AW

Mr Shaun Kelly, South Wales Police - Early Action Together Programme

BAVO's AGM is open to any third sector organisation, however tickets will be prioritized for members first. At the AGM, the directors will present an annual report outlining BAVO’s performance and financial statements. The independent Auditor will also report. Members with voting rights may be required to vote on current issues such as appointments to the board of directors and selection of auditors.

We are also going to take the opportunity to meet with you over afternoon tea and gather your feedback on BAVO’s services. Given austerity, we know a lot more people are seeking support and help from the third sector. We need you to update us on if and how this is affecting you and what assistance and representation you expect of us.

We would be delighted to see as many of you there as possible.

Please note: The venue is only able to accommodate a certain number of people and therefore we may not be able to offer more than 1 or 2 spaces per member organisation wishing to attend, so please do not apply for more than this.

We reserve the right to recall tickets and reallocate on a ‘fair basis’ policy to ensure fair distribution and to prioritise members of BAVO. Tickets may be recalled at any time and notice of this will be given.

As BAVO will be incurring costs a charge of £15 per person will be made if you book but do not attend without giving 7 days cancellation notice.
